Makasib

Kitab ul-Makasib (Arabic: "كتاب المكاسب") is a Twelver Shi'ah legal manual of Islamic Commercial Law written by Morteza Ansari. It remains a key textbook in the modern Hawza and has been the subject of numerous commentaries.
