ElectionsMakabayang Koalisyon ng Mamamayan (Makabayan) (English: Makabayan Coalition) is a coalition of progressive Philippine political parties.[1] It was founded on April 16, 2009. The founding assembly was held at UP Theatre, Diliman, Quezon City.
It is a coalition of eight partylists: Bayan Muna, Gabriela, Anakpawis, Kabataan, Courage, Migrante, ACT-[disambiguation needed ]Teachers, and Katribu.[2]
