Majene Regency (Indonesian: Kabupaten Majene) is one of the five regencies which comprise West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, on the island of Sulawesi. Majene is the capital of West Sulawesi Regency. The population of Majene Regency is 131,717 (2005).
