- Maison Louis Latour
-
Maison Louis Latour is a French wine grower, négociant and producer based in the Côte de Beaune wine-growing region of Burgundy, France. Created in 1797, Louis Latour is one of the larger growers and producers in the Beaune area, producing around 8m bottles of wine annually.[1]
The most famous of the Louis Latour wines are the Corton-Charlemagne white wines which can fetch over $US100 a bottle for some vintages.[citation needed] Louis Latour has branched out from its traditional Burgundy base and now has vineyards in the Ardèche and Var regions of France.[citation needed]
