It is also active in renewable energy sector, in the services of Project Management, Engineering, Procurement & Construction applied to the implementation of complex projects around the world. Over the years Maire Tecnimont has developed a recognized experience in managing large turnkey EPC projects in different geographical areas; operating in more than 30 countries and four continents, currently owns more than 50 operating companies. It is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange since November 2007.

History
Maire Tecnimont is the result of the acquisition of Tecnimont by Maire Holding occurred in 2005. The Maire Holding already controlled Maire Engineering Company, new name of the Fiat Engineering acquired in 2004. The company was admitted to trading in Stock Exchange by IPO on November 27, 2007 (Standard segment) at the end of the consolidation of the acquisition of Tecnimont (2005). On March 25, 2008 it was admitted to the segment Blue Chip of the Italian Stock Exchange. On August 2, 2010 the company signed a lease contract for two Garibaldi Towers in Milan; the first tower is now complete after a heavy restyling and the second is now waiting to be restored.

- 8% Oil & Gas.
