Margaret ‘Mags’ D’Arcy is a camogie player, winner of two Camogie All Stars in 2007 and 2010, and All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship in 2007[1], in 2010[2] and 2011[3][4]. She was a member of the 2011 Team of the Championship.

Other awards

With Wexford she won National League medals in 2009 and 2010. She won an Ashbourne Cup medal and Ashbourne All Star award while playing with UCD in 2007.[5] At school she won a Leinster colleges title.; Leinster Senior Championships 2009, 2010, 2011; Leinster Under-14 1999, 2000; Leinster Under-16 2002; Leinster Senior 2003, 2004, 2007; Leinster Poc Fada runner-up 2007 and winner 2008, 2009; Club Senior 'B' 2003, 2007. She was a member of the 'Underdogs' football squad 2006. She is a daughter of Ornagh (nee O'Mahony), former Wexford player. Mags is also a Long Puck (poc fhada) competitor of notable ability. She has represented her county four times at Leinster level. In 2007, Mags finished in 2nd place, followed by two wins in 2008 and 2009, all on the Curragh course. The competition changed format in 2010 and Mags finished 4th when it was held in Nowlan Park Kilkenny.[6][7]
