Magharet Qasir Hafee

Magharet Qasir Hafee (Arabic: مغيرات خصير هافى‎) is the largest and most impressive cave network in the Hajar Mountains, beyond Buraimi, near Al Ain, UAE.^[1] It is the only cave network in UAE, Magharet Qasir Hafee has 450 metres of shafts, passages and chambers reaching to a depth of 96 metres.^[2]

Access

Only experienced cavers are allowed access, and it is not open for genral public.^[3] These caves network is found on the UAE side of Hajar Mountains, Al Hoota Cave is located at the foot of Jabal Shams in the western Hajar Mountains in the side of Oman.
