Jerry Moe is a Vice President / National Director of Children’s Programs at the [[Betty Ford Center]] in Rancho Mirage, California.[1] He is also an advisory board member of the National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NaCoA). He is best known for his creation of a specialized program to treat children of alcoholics in 1978 in Redwood City, California[citation needed].
He is also an author, having written 6 books pertaining to alcohol addiction and its treatment. He has traveled and done workshops internationally to extend the availability of this treatment to children all over the world; including Russia, Japan, England, Italy, Iceland, Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and China.
He has been married to his wife, Michelle, since 1980. They have a son and twin daughters.
