He was an undrafted free agent signed by the Giants in the 2010 off season and was waived by the Giants in the 2011 offseason. He played college football at the University of Memphis.[2]

Calhoun attended Raleigh Egypt High School in the Raleigh section of Memphis.
College career
He caught 19 touchdowns in his Memphis career which ties the record for second place all time at Memphis. Voted team MVP in 2009.[3]
