Dugout (cricket)

Dugout (cricket)

The Dugout has recently been used in cricket since the advent of Twenty20 cricket. The dugout is the place which is off the boundary and where the team players sit. In this dugout all the players of the team who will be playing in that particular match will be seated. There will be two dugouts in the field of both the teams between whom the match is being played. There will also be a small minibar (refrigerator) with some energy drinks right besides the dugout. On the top of the dugout, there is a strip of small space where the name of the organizer of the event or the name of the team sponsor will be displayed with their logos, which will happen according to the wish of the team owners.
