Druva Software founded in 2007, has its dual headquarters in Pune, India and Mountain View, California.^[1] In March 2010, Druva received $5 Million in series-A investment from Sequoia Capital.^[2]

Druva ships two products for enterprise data backup - InSync and Phoenix. In July 2010, Druva released v4.0 for its inSync product.^[3]
