Drishti Rajkhowa Born Assam Alias(es) Mohan Rabha Charge(s) Terrorism Status Wanted Drishti Rajkhowa (Assamese: দৃষ্টি ৰাজখোৱা) alias Mohan Rabha[1] is the Head of the 109 battalion of ULFA, the banned terrorist outfit of Assam. This battalion is mainly responsible for transhipment of arms and explosives from Bangladesh.[2] He is said to be one of the close confidantes of the outfit’s C-in-C Paresh Baruah and an RPG expert.[3] He is also a central committee member of the outfit.[4]
