Dragan Tsvetkov Boulevard (Bulgarian: Булевард Драган Цветков) is a large boulevard in Bulgaria's capital Sofia. It is named after the Bulgarian politician Dragan Tsankov. It lies between its intersection with the Evlogi Georgiev Boulevard, before which it is called Graf Ignatiev Street, and the juncture with G. M. Dimitrov Boulevard, after which it is called St Clement of Ohrid. The river Perlovska flows under the boulevard at the juncture with Evlogi Georgiev.

Several landmarks line the boulevard, such as the Bulgarian National Radio, Faculty of Biology of the Sofia University, University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia Municipal Court and the Sofia Seminary.

The Borisova Gradina TV Tower is located at the juncture with Peyo Yavorov Boulevard. From there do the intersection with G. M. Dimitrov are situated the Russian Embassy, Park Hotel Moscow, World Trade Center Sofia, the Edifice of Transport Police. Along some parts of the boulevard runs a surface line of the Sofia Metro.
