Dr Eso Sadiković

Esad Sadiković was a doctor of medicine from Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Biography

A talented ear, nose, and throat surgeon, he worked for the United Nations as a doctor in Samoa and Libya. Every year a literature prize named in his honor is awarded to writers by the Dr. Eso Sadiković Foundation.^{[1] [2] [3]}

Esad Sadiković died in Omarska camp, a concentration camp run by the Serb political and military leadership during the Bosnian War.^{[4] [5]}
