Douglas Perrin (born 02/07/1984 in Kingston-upon-Thames) is an English athlete and rower. He went to Kings College School Wimbledon and became an under-14 high jump champion. He enrolled on a course for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education at Trinity College, Cambridge in 2006. He weighs 77 kg and is 6ft 1".[1]
Doug was a silver medallist with the GB lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2005 U23 World Rowing Championships in the Netherlands. He was also a member of the GB lightweight men’s four finishing sixth at the 2006 U23 World Rowing Championships in Belgium. Doug was President of the Cambridge University Lightweight Rowing Club in 2004.
He now teaches at St. Pauls School in London, having previously taught French and German at Hampton School in Middlesex.
