Doug Grant played in the Newfoundland Senior Hockey League for the Corner Brook Royals for 5 seasons as starting Goaltender.He had good solid seasons as a back-up in the NHL but in 1982 he retired from the sport.But 37 solid games in Detroit,record as 15 wins 16 losses and 2 ties/otl.He had 140 goals not saved and his GAA was 4.16 with 2 pim and a shocking 2018 miniutes on ice guarding the red and white net.
