Career
Best known for his founding involvement in the restaurant chains Timber Lodge Steakhouse, Homestyle Buffet, Old Country Buffet, and others[1][2]. He is also attributed for rebooting the American steakhouse concept. He is the former President of Minnesota Restaurant Association[3] and has represented a number of interest groups across the country. He currently owns and operates a collection of restaurants in the Twin Cities[4][5][6][7].
