Doon University (Hindi: दून विश्वविद्यालय) is located in the city of Dehradun in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

The university was established by an Act Of Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in October 2005[1], The first academic session was started on 9th May 2009. The University follows a Semester System wherein there are 2 Semesters every one year.
