Donika Kastrioti Arianiti Muzaka, Princess of the League of Lezhë was an Albanian noblewoman. A member of the Houses of Arianiti, Muzaka and Kastrioti she was the wife of George Kastrioti Skanderbeg. She was the daughter of Gjergj Arianiti who stood as one of the greatest leaders' war against the Ottoman occupation. She is also mentioned as Andronica Comneniates in Gjon Muzaka's work about the Muzaka family[1] or Andronika Arianiti in O.Schmitt's book on Skanderbeg.[2]
Her sister, Angelina of Serbia , was married to Serbian ruler Stefan Branković and is venerated as a saint in the Serbian Orthodox Church.[3]
