The Motto of the Festival this year is SIMPLE WORDS. It does not engage the artists in any way, it is just hint about the idea of nowadays problem of communications, which became a junction for the people routine and at the same time the advantages of communications in society as well as into the personal relationships. In this sense the worldwide communications and the traditional arts have equal objectives. The SIMPLE WORDS could be read as an interpretation of the traditional Arts expression, but this would be completely up to the artists ideas and preferences.
In 2005 the Festival will collaborate with the art program THE CHOICE a part of the ARTEST Switzerland, which has major influence upon the Bulgarian Art in the last 20 years. By the way SIMPLE WORDS could be paraphrased from the novel MONTAUK by Maks Frish and author who became with it very popular in Bulgaria, who had also influenced the Bulgarian literature and culture.
