In his professional career Ostojić has played with KK Mornar, KK Buducnost Podgorica, KK Lovćen, KK Partizan, CB Breogán, Beşiktaş, PAOK, BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque, Panellinios.

Serbian and Montenegrin national teams

Ostojić played with the senior Serbia and Montenegro national basketball team at both the EuroBasket 2003 and at the 2004 Olympics. He has also been a member of the senior Montenegrin national basketball team.
