Dixit Colony

Dixit Colony

Dixit Colony Nagar[disambiguation needed ] is an area in Mumbai, India, so named because it was once completely owned by the Dixit clan.

Most of the area was sold by the clan to various people. All the plots of land are non-agricultural. Many Mumbai residents have invested their money in land there as a long-term holding, while some have speculated in real estate by building homes and other structures in the colony.
