Yes Registration No Available language(s) English Current status Pre-Released Dirpy was a free online service that allowed users to download and transcode YouTube videos.[1] The service was shut down on November 7, 2010 with Dirpy stating that they lacked the "resources to continue improving and growing Dirpy in the manner you all deserve."[2]
Dirpy also included facebook and twitter share links and a Dirpy bookmarklet.[3]
The service, which was in Beta, was popular at the time and described as easy to use.[4][5][6] Dirpy announced that the service will be relaunching on October 3rd,2011.
