"Din Daa Daa" is 1983 single by George Kranz. The single spent two weeks at number one on the Dance Club Play chart in the U.S. in January 1984.[1] In 1991, Kranz re-released "Din Daa Daa", this time featuring vocals by Doug Lazy, and it peaked at number eight on the dance chart.
Cover versions
- In 1997, Kevin Aviance remade the song and it became his first of two number-one dance hits. [2]
- In 2004, The Roots covered the song as a hidden bonus track on their album " The Tipping Point".
- In 2005, the song was sampled by The Ying Yang Twins and Pitbull for their single "Shake."
