Dilip is an Indian actor, primarily concentrated in Tamil films. He has also done Malayalam films as well. He was a busy actor in 1980's. He has done movies with Kamal Haasan in Varumayin Niram Sivappu and Thoongadhey Thambi Thoongadhey. In 90's he appeared in Rajinikanth' s Valli. His Malayalam film Njan Ekananu was a huge success and its songs are still among the best in Kerala. In most of his movies, he acted as hero's friend. Nowadays he is not much into movies.
