Diego José Tobón Echeverri (born 26 October 1944) is a Colombian diplomat and is the current Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Colombia to the Russian Federation and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus, presenting his Letters of Credence to President of Russia Vladimir Putin on 27 July 2007,^[1] and to President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on 12 December 2007.^[2]
