Dick Connor A.C.E. Award

The Dick Connor A.C.E. (Adversity Conquered through Excellence) Award was established in 1993 by The Denver Post to honor former sports columnist Dick Connor, who died in 1992.^[1] It is awarded annually to a Colorado high-school senior who has overcome a handicap, hardship or tragedy to excel at sports.^[2][3]
