Diana Snyder is currently a student at New York University’s Kanbar Institute of Film and Television at the Tisch School of the Arts.[1] After attending and eventually becoming president of Greenwich Academy, where she gained recognition for her hit weekly series "Dateline with Diana", she went on to become the Director of the Westport Youth Film Festival.[2][3]

While at NYU she was selected as one of the top 10 finalist in the first-ever Oscar Correspondent Contest, giving college journalists nationwide the chance to head to Los Angeles to cover red carpet festivities and backstage celebrations at the 81st Academy Awards.[4][5]

She also wrote, directed and produced "Lurking for Love", a short film that won the 2009 Campus Movie Festival Audience Choice Award [6] and was a Finalist in the 2009 International Grand Finale to be held June 2009 in Los Angeles.[7]

Her other award winning films include "Goodbye Mr. Jones" which won at the Tauri Film Festival.[8] and "One Fine Date", which won the Fundance Foreign Film Festival’s Student Film Competition [9]
