Dhananjayrao Gadgil Institute of Cooperative Management
The Dhananjayrao Gadgil Institute of Cooperative Management, in Nagpur, Maharashtra, is named after Dhananjayrao Gadgil. Established in 1972, the institute trains personnel working in cooperative organisations and cooperative departments for Maharashtra State. It is one of 19 Institutes across India that fall under the administrative umbrella of the National Council for Cooperative Training in New Delhi. The institute is fully grant-funded by the Government of India and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation, New Delhi. The National Cooperative Union of India is an apex cooperative organization representing the entire Indian cooperative movement.
