Deven Green (born January 31) is a comedian, comedy writer, and musician. She is best known for her performances with the comedy duo Devon & Joel and her parody work as Betty Bowers, "America's Best Christian".

Biography
Deven Green is a Los Angeles based comedian, comedy writer, voice over artist and ukulele player. She is married to TV and film actor Joel Bryant (2007).[1] They perform internationally as the headlining comedy duo: Deven & Joel, Award-Winning Comedy Duo (1998 - present).
Green was born and raised in the Canadian province of Manitoba, and holds dual-citizenship in the United States. She started her career as a professional figure skater. She started her comedy career at Second City in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She regularly credits Harland Williams as giving her her break in Canada by casting her in the CBC standup comedy show Comics!, and as inspiration for her move to Los Angeles.
Voice over work
She was the original movie-listing voice in Canada for Cineplex Odeon theatres. Green was the voice for the Canadian versions of Walt Disney commercials. Deven is currently an ADR and commercial voice artist.
Parody work
Deven Green was called a 'creative genius' by Stephan Saban World of Wonder as the voice and creator of the "Welcome To My Home" comedy parodies as well as being the face of the satirical America's Best Christian Betty Bowers.[citation needed]
