Despina Panayiotou

Despina Panayiotou (born July 14, 1981 in Limassol) is a Cypriot judoka.

She is the first female judoka to win a gold medal for Cyprus at the Games of the Small States of Europe, competing in the 63 kg weight division.

She has also placed 7th at the 2004 European Judo Championships (70 kg).
