Desiree Lowry Rodríguez (born June 25, 1972 in San Juan, Puerto Rico), is a former Miss Puerto Rico, fashion model, TV host, radio presenter, event coordinator, beauty pageant director and model agency owner. She is presently Miss Universe Puerto Rico Pageant's National Director, teaming up with Luisito Vigoreaux.

Miss Puerto Rico 1995

On August 6, 1994 at Teatro Yagüez, in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, Desiree Lowry won the Miss Puerto Rico 1995 Pageant. She was crowned by former Miss Puerto Rico winners Teresa López (1979) and Sandra Beauchamp (1984).

Miss Universe 1995

Desiree traveled to Windhoek, Namibia to compete on Miss Universe 1995. She was placed 4th runner up and Chelsi Smith, Miss USA was the winner.
