Derek Allen

Derek Fortrose Allen CB FSA FBA (29 May 1910 - 13 June 1975) was Treasurer of the British Academy from 1973 until his death and Secretary of that organisation from 1969 to 1973.

The BA's Derek Allen Prize was named after him.
