Walter K. Olson is an author and blogger who writes mostly about
tort reform . Olson is a longtime senior fellow at theManhattan Institute , a conservativethink tank inNew York City . He founded and continues to run several websites, including Overlawyered.com and the Manhattan Institute's PointOfLaw.com.
