As of 2009, he plays for FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk. Palyakow was part of the Belarus U21 that finished in 3rd place at the 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship. He was part of the starting line-up during the first four games and appeared as a second half substitute in the 1:0 win against the Czech Republic U21.
