A 6'9", 265 lbs. forward-center fromBaylor University , Skinner was selected by the Clippers in the first round (22nd overall) of the1998 NBA Draft . He has since played for his draft team, theCleveland Cavaliers , thePhiladelphia 76ers , theMilwaukee Bucks , theSacramento Kings , thePortland Trail Blazers , and thePhoenix Suns , averaging 4.9 points and 4.9 rebounds per game over his career.In between his stints for the Clippers and the Cavaliers, he had been traded to the
Chicago Bulls and theToronto Raptors but never played a game for either of them.He was traded from the 76ers to Sacramento in the deal that sent Kings superstar

Portland Trail Blazers , who then traded him in the 2006 off-season back to Milwaukee (along withSteve Blake andHa Seung-Jin ) forJamaal Magloire .
