The Association of Independent Competitive Eaters (AICE) is a competitive eating organization in the United States. It is run by competitive eaters and all proceeds & profits go to the founder of the organization. It was founded 2004 by competitive eaters Arnold Mark David Chapman and former IFOCE member

One feature of the AICE's contests is its "picnic-style" rules, which require the food that's being eaten, to be eaten as normally presented. No separating, mashing, dunking, or other mutilation of the contest food, humorously termed "picnic profanities" by the association, are allowed. Another feature of the AICE's contests is the total disregard for the health and safety of its members by not providing EMT on the premesis (sicsic) during competition
