Debit Colour White Major regions Dalmatia, Croatia Debit is a white wine grape grown primarily along the Northern & Central Dalmatian Coast of Croatia. The fruit are medium sized golden yellow color and in clusters of medium size or large.
History
Although considered a native variety, the old name of "Puljižinac" suggests that the origin may originally be Italian, although not the Bombino Bianco grape. [1]
Characteristics
Debit is a dry, fresh wine with bright yellow coloration, with slightly citric elements a full body. It usually has 11 to 13% alcohol. [2]
