DeWitt Nunatak (84°49′S 67°42′W / 84.817°S 67.7°W) is a nunatak, 1,295 m, along the face of an ice escarpment 7 nautical miles (13 km) west of Snake Ridge, in the Patuxent Range, Pensacola Mountains. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1956-66. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Steven R. DeWitt, meteorologist at Palmer Station, winter 1966.
