David Lipsey, Baron Lipsey

David Lawrence Lipsey, Baron Lipsey (born 21 April 1948) is a British Labour Party politician.

Life

Lipsey was created a Life peer in 1999. From 1982 to 1983 he was chair of the Fabian Society and from 1970 to 1972 secretary of the Streatham Labour Party.
