He is the Member of Parliament (MP) for Warrington South, and was first elected at the 2010 general election.[4]
Early life
Mowat studied engineering at Imperial College London before becoming a Chartered Accountant. He later joined the consultancy firm Accenture where he eventually became a Global Managing Partner.[3]
