David Brodie (racing driver)

David Brodie (born 15 May 1943) is a British auto racing driver. He is best known for his time competing in the British Touring Car Championship. His best season in the BTCC was in 1985, finishing fourth overall on points.[1]He had bad luck in 1989 when he won Round 3 but ended up getting disqualified two rounds later after he was found out to have used illegal fuel.He was penalized afterwards.His final year in the championship came in 1991, when he competed in selected rounds.He only got two wins.He is currently a director of the BRDC.
