Hernando County, FloridaKnown for Tax protester 861 argument David Thomas Bosset ( August 25, 1944 - August 3, 2009 )[1][2] was a well known promoter of tax evasion schemes,[3] including the infamous 861 argument. He himself refused to withhold for taxes.[4] He also had a permanent injunction against further 861 advocacy.[5] He founded Bosset Marketing Partners, Inc.
