Davi Alvarado (born 26 March 1988) is an American singer, actor, songwriter and male model.

Early life

Davi Alvarado was born in San Diego, California USA. He spent his early years in Barcelona Spain, California, and The Netherlands.^[1]

Career

Alvarado first came to public attention in 2008, on the RTL 4 show "Idols", the Dutch spin-off of the British Pop Idol franchise series, in The Netherlands.^[2] During that year, he worked throughout Asia, Europe and USA.

He has appeared in editorials for Louis Vuitton, Esquire, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, Harper's Bazaar, DaMan and Soap, and in adverts for Toyota,^[3] Verizon Wireless and Sharp.

He has starred in numerous music videos including "Lick It" by DJ Tamara Sky, "Dirty Picture" by Taio Cruz & Kesha and "Saturday" by Basshunter.

In January 2010 he was featured on the cover of the German magazine Männer.^[4]

Music career

He is currently recording an EP in Los Angeles and Las Vegas for release in late 2011. In a July 2011 interview with French magazine & blog ACDG, he released the name of his upcoming debut single, "Beautiful Beast".^[5] The track will be released late 2011.
