Dave Ryan is a professional rugby player with Munster. His position is Prop.^[3] He plays his club rugby with Dolphin. His brother is former Munster and Toulon Prop Tim.^[4]

Ryan is now on a full contract with Munster after being promoted from a development contract.^[5]

It was announced in Spring 2011 that Ryan is leaving Munster, to an as of yet unknown club.
