Datchia

Datchia, or Tatsia in Greek Τατσιά, is the word for sieve. In Cyprus the Τατσιά sieve is used in a dance presenting the virtuosity of the dancer in the use of it. A glass is placed within the sieve and the dancers swirls it, and turns it around without dropping it.
