Johnson-Odom was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and is currently a junior. He plays the shooting guard position. He stands at 6-2 and weighs in at 200 pounds. He wears the number 1. He transferred to the Marquette Golden Eagles from a junior college where he was one of the best junior college basketball players in the country. He was the starting shooting guard and is very able to shoot threes and can also drive and run the floor. His career high for points is 24 which was against Villanova in the Big East tournament. In Marquette's loss to Washington in the first round of the NCAA tournament he had 19 points. As a senior, Johnson-Odom was named to the Preseason All-Big East First Team.[1]
