Plot
A dance instructor (Robert Englund) brings his dance troupe to Russia for training. What his dancers don't know, however, is that he has a dual personality--and his hidden personality is a serial killer.
Production
The film was originally developed as a sequel to the earlier 21st Century Englund starring vehicle The Phantom of the Opera under the title Terror in Manhattan.
Release
The film was released direct to video by Columbia TriStar Home Video in May 1992.
