Dalmas Otieno

Dalmas Otieno

Dalmas Anyango Otieno is a Kenyan politician. He belongs to the Orange Democratic Movement and was elected to represent the Rongo Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the Kenyan parliamentary election, 2007.[1]

He was educated at Strathmore School.[2]
