DWPR, branded as Poweradio 1296, is an AM radio station owned and operated by Multipoint Network Management (formerly Multipoint Broadcasting Network) in the Philippines. The station's studio is located at Barrio Bolosan, Dagupan City.

History

DWPR is one of the pioneer radio station in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. On January 2, 1975 DWPR established and it was owned by Allied Broadcasting Center under the management of Mr. Mar Zabala.

Allied Broadcasting Center decided to sell DWPR and acquired by Beacon Communication System, Inc (subsidiary of RadioCorp) and . In 2001, DWPR was the only station in the Province of Pangasinan that is only on air during calamities like flashfloods and storm, with hard hitting commentators/announcers, some are former station managers of different radio stations in Pangasinan. In 2007, Multipoint Broadcasting Network, acquired DWPR & change the brand from Pangasinan Radio to Power Radio.
